Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and welcome them to Tucanos
- Manage wait times and communicate any special seating requests or needs
- Escort guests to their seats when tables are available
- Answer phone and relay messages to team members as needed
- Interact with guests and vendors
- Assist with the duties of servers, bussers, and other team members as necessary
