Kitchen + Kocktails is seeking a Restaurant Assistant General Manager for our upscale Southern Comfort concept.
Primary Responsibilities
- Ensure the highest level of customer service and satisfaction by demonstrating a “Do Whatever It Takes” attitude.
- Utilize leadership skills to motivate employees and ensure cost control and labor management.
- Inspect the establishment and observe workers and patrons to ensure compliance with occupational, health, and safety standards and liquor regulations.
- Ensure paperwork accuracy, including daily sales summary reports, petty cash reimbursement forms, and payroll records.
- Ensure the restaurant is adequately staffed to meet guest needs and sales goals.
- Assist in recruitment of staff.
- Oversee development and training of staff.
- Maintain high-level communication with owners and stakeholders.
- Maintain product and service quality standards by conducting evaluations and investigating complaints; initiate corrective action as required.
- Ensure the security and safety of the restaurant, guests, and associates.
- Lead special projects as directed by ownership.
- Perform additional duties as necessary.

- Availability: approximately 55+ hours per week
Physical Requirements
