What You'll Do
As our Assistant General Manager, you'll be one of the driving forces behind the restaurant's success.
You'll work alongside the General Manager to:
- Lead Front-of-House and Back-of-House teams through busy, high-volume shifts.
- Coach, motivate, and develop team members into future leaders.
- Create an atmosphere where guests receive exceptional hospitality every visit.
- Keep operations running smoothly while maintaining calm, confident leadership during peak business.
- Recruit, interview, train, and retain outstanding employees.
- Assist with scheduling, labor management, and daily operational planning.
- Manage inventory, ordering, vendor relationships, and food & beverage costs.
- Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and turn challenges into loyal customers.
- Ensure excellence in cleanliness, food quality, safety, and execution.
- Help drive sales, profitability, and operational performance.

Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-service restaurant management experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
- Experience with high-volume restaurant operations.
- Knowledge of restaurant POS systems and day-to-day operations.
- Open availability, including nights, weekends, and game days.
