Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the General Manager in all aspects of daily operations
  • Lead, train, and motivate FOH and BOH teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Maintain a strong presence on the floor and ensure consistent service standards
  • Manage and count inventory 
  • Assist with staff development
  • Ensure compliance with all heal, safety, and company policies
  • Oversee BOH team to ensure proper prep levels are maintained
  • Support the BOH team during rushes 
What We're Looking For:
  • 1+ years BOH experience
  • 1+ years FOH experience
  • Strong leadership, communication and problem solving skills
  • Passion for guest service and team development
  • Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Flexible availability (nights, weekends, holidays)
