Job Description
The Assistant Manager must be able to direct, coordinate, implement & manage the planning, organizing, training and leadership necessary to achieve identified objectives/goals for sales, cost controls, employee hiring/training/retention, Guest service/satisfaction, product quality, and cleanliness/sanitation. This position is responsible for ensuring adherence & compliance for all standards of operating a CSC location.

Qualifications include:
- Availability: Open availability for full time position (45 hours per week)
- Must be able to adhere to all brand standards and maintain standards with team members
- Team leadership and training: Supervise, train, and motivate team members to deliver memory lasting service and food
- Operate and maintain speed and service operations
- Have an encouraging and uplifting attitude at all times
- Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, including opening/closing procedures, inventory management, and scheduling
- Monitor food quality, portion control, and presentation to ensure compliance with brand standard
- Manage cash drawers
- Enforce and oversee all policies and standards
- Support local marketing efforts such as catering orders or community events
- Must have at least 1 year of restaurant management experience
- Basic math and financial skills for cash handling and reporting
- Reliable transportation including valid driver's license and vehicle
- Comfortable leveraging Outlook calendar to keep track of schedules
