Job Summary:
- Supervise and manage the daily operations of the restaurant during the third shift
- Ensure that the quality and consistency of our products and services meet our high standards
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and employee schedules
- Collaborate with the management team to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
Job Requirements:
- Previous restaurant experience is required
- Experience in delivery, dine-in, and fast service restaurants is preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage and motivate a team
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Must be available to work the third shift
- Fine dining experience is a plus
