We are looking for an energetic and positive Assistant Manager to join Everbowl, a craft superfood company that serves healthy and fun food to local communities. As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for managing the operations of the store and leading a team of employees. We offer morning, afternoon, and evening shifts for this position.
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Job Summary:
- Provide exceptional customer service and lead by example for team members
- Build and manage schedules based on employee availability and store needs
- Take and audit inventory of store products and supplies and place orders accordingly
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization
- Perform evaluations of employees and identify areas for improvement and development
- Coach, develop, and support team members to promote a desirable workplace
- Communicate store needs and status to the owner
Requirements:
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage operations and lead a team effectively
- Experience in customer service or retail management preferred
