The Assistant Manager supports the General Manager in overseeing all aspects of store operations. This role helps ensure smooth day-to-day performance, high product quality, and an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities include:
  • Assisting the GM in managing overall store operations
  • Ensuring product consistency and adherence to quality standards
  • Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
  • Monitoring and managing cost controls
  • Overseeing staffing levels and employee training
  • Following up on tasks and goals in all operational areas
  • Learning and understanding all store positions to provide support as needed
