Assistant Manager Responsibilities:
- Act as Manager-on-Duty and support the General Manager in daily operations
- Assist with recruiting, onboarding, training, and scheduling team members
- Ensure compliance with Domino's brand standards and company policies
- Deliver exceptional product quality and customer service
- Support sales growth and profitability by helping manage food and labor costs
- Maintain health, safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
- Foster a positive, productive, and professional team environment
- Serve as a coach and mentor to team members across all store positions
- Build strong relationships with customers and members of the local community
- Handle cash management, reconciliation, and operational reporting
- Assist with inventory management and product control
- Support local store marketing and promotional initiatives
Minimum Requirements and Expectations:

- Strong integrity, honesty, and professionalism
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Valid driver's license, vehicle registration, and liability insurance
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to train, motivate, and engage team members effectively
- Ability to successfully complete a background check and motor vehicle record review
- Experience with inventory management, labor controls, and basic computer systems
- Ability to create and manage employee schedules efficiently
- Strong mathematical skills and ability to perform basic calculations accurately
- Excellent verbal, written, and telephone communication skills
- Ability to use computer systems, keyboards, and touch-screen technology
- Experience using or learning proprietary systems such as PULSE and PWR
- Ability to understand, follow, and communicate written instructions
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Near and mid-range vision required for most in-store tasks
- Depth perception and attention to detail
- Ability to distinguish between hot and cold surfaces
- Ability to direct activities, manage multiple priorities, and perform effectively under pressure
- Ability to stand for extended periods throughout a scheduled shift
