Hours: 8am-5pm
Days: flexible, must be available weekend and holidays
About 40hrs a week

Responsibilities
- Work with different preparation from SCRATCH; mousses, biscuits, custards, creams, tart crusts, cream puffs, puff pastry
- Work on the croissant production: croissant dough from SCRATCH, rolling, cooking.
- Work on the bread production
- Must be able to work quickly and efficiently while maintaining quality and accuracy.
- Must be punctual, organized, focused and attention to detail.
