Assistant Shop Managers are eligible for a monthly commission and bonus program. Average bonus and commission plans for high performing Assistant Shop Manager can add up to $1.50 - $2.00 per hour to your hourly salary.
Duties:
- Manage daily shop operations, including timely opening and closing on shop manager’s days off.
- Provide an exceptional customer experience and maintain high review ratings.
- Assist the shop manager in all aspects of store management.
- Monitor and train new employees.
- Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.
- Maintain a clean and visually appealing store environment.
- Communicate effectively using Microsoft Outlook and Teams.
- Handle cash and inventory management.
- Assist in monitoring and tracking shop performance goals.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to reach, stoop, bend, squat, and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
- Capability to reach overhead and work under vehicles in a semi-enclosed area.
