Crust is an artisan bakery in the heart of Fenton, Michigan that has been open since 2012. It has since expanded to include an entire restaurant within the bakery that offers a craft menu all made from scratch. Crust is a baking company dedicated to excellence in artisan principles and offers a wide variety of excellent pastries, breads and so much more!
We are looking to make a full-time addition to our PM bake team. Availability must include evenings from 4 PM to 12 AM. Holiday availability is required in order to be considered for this position. We are looking for experienced bakers to fill this position and would love to talk with anyone who is interested!

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Able to work according to tight production schedules
- Proofing, baking and topping various pastries, croissants, etc
- Follow traditional as well as modern recipes for the wide variety of products offered through Crust
- Cleaning bakery machinery and equipment as well as storage and preparation areas
- Accurately following processes and product details and uphold Crust standards for quality and consistency
- MUST have extraordinary attention to detail
- Works safely around hot ovens, heavy equipment, and sharp utensils
- Create precise and consistent products
Knowledge and Abilities Required:
- Experience with baking and pastry or culinary certification related to pastry preferred.
- Ability to lift 30-50 lbs.
- Must have availability that is flexible and includes mornings and holiday seasons
- Must be teamwork-oriented and able to work alongside others in a cohesive team environment
- Must be highly energetic and able to move quickly in a fast-paced production environment
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and be comfortable with repetitive motion of the hands and wrists.
