Job Summary:
Barbacks assist Bartenders with opening, closing, and nightly tasks. They maintain clean bars, stock supplies, and support service. This role requires delivering excellent guest service, teamwork, and effective communication.
General Expectations:
- Follow TableOne Hospitality's guidelines.
- Help Bartenders prepare drinks.
- Maintain bar cleanliness and stock.
- Set up and label supplies.
- Clean equipment and perform opening/closing duties.
- Address guest issues, escalating when necessary.
- Collaborate with staff.
- Welcome guests and provide professional service.
- Answer guest questions and accommodate preferences.
- Ensure a clean and safe bar area.

Qualifications:
- 2+ years restaurant/bar experience.
- Menu and beverage knowledge.
- Familiar with POS systems.
- Knowledge of safety regulations.
- Effective English communication.
- Customer service and teamwork skills.
