Responsibilities includes:
- prepare/serve a variety of quality espresso drinks in a professional way and following company recipes and quality standard
- Make crepes and sandwiches following company recipes and quality standard
- Greet guests in a professional and welcoming manner. Provide education about our house made and handcrafted menu.
- Inform customers of daily specials.
- Receive guest payments and process transactions.
- Follow regular daily operation checklist including but not limited to: restocking, cleaning etc..
- Follow health and safety guidelines Interact with customers regularly and professionally
