"Fais ce que tu aimes, aime ce que tu fais."

You’ll love being a part of our team here at Parfait Paris, where we do exactly that. Come join us!

San Diego Magazine named Le Parfait Paris Best Dessert in 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023. Best French Restaurant in 2020. Best Brunch in 2014. Best Bakery in 2014.
“The big thing we wanted, which was too soon for San Diego when we started it, was we wanted a pastry shop exactly the same way it would be in Paris,” Guillaume said. “That’s what defined us. We wanted to be authentic and didn’t want to compromise on anything. Our croissant lines are still done by hand with butter from Europe and New Zealand, and we use only French chocolate in all of our desserts, which is not too sweet.”
“Quality of our ingredients is our priority,” said Ludi. “My husband and I grew up in Europe surrounded by great food and people coaching us to never cut back on what goes into our pastries. This is a lesson we have carried to all of our products and locations.”
