Relentless Hospitality

Core Responsibilities
- Prepare coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and specialty beverages to spec
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe bar area
- Enter orders accurately and process payments
- Keep drink stations stocked, prepped, and ready for peak times
- Communicate clearly with FOH and BOH to keep service flowing smoothly
- Resolve guest concerns with empathy and quick action
