Job Description

Our ideal candidate will have the following skills:

Positive attitude
Punctuality
Great customer care and keen restaurant instincts
Willingness to use all bar tools including jiggers and speed pourers in order to serve consistently prepared cocktails and other beverages
Baseline knowledge of classic cocktail recipes and a willingness to learn about Greek food, wines, beer, and spirits
Ability to capably manage a high volume service bar

Job Duties:

- Knowledge of Toast POS Systems
- Great customer care and keen restaurant instincts
- Working Knowledge of steps of service
- General Familiarity of Classic Cocktails
- Bar Prep
- Bar Stocking
- Bar Cleaning
- Ability to commit to Avli Training

General:
- Ability to lift ~30lbs

Job Schedule:

Nights, weekends, day shifts
