Job Summary:
Employees in the BOH are responsible for food preparation and kitchen maintenance daily.
- Cook and prepare food orders
- Ensure timely and accurate food preparation
- Complete appropriate shift duties, including opening, throughout and closing duties.
- Keep the kitchen clean
- Restock products.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills and a team player.
- A passion for BBQ.
- Uphold high standards with a positive attitude.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Ability to lift objects up to 50lb
- Food Handler's Certification
