Welcome to Balance Grille — a Toledo-grown fast-casual concept serving up fresh, veggie-forward Bowls, Snacks, Tacos, and hand-shaken Bubble Tea. With locations in Sylvania, Perrysburg, and Downtown Toledo, we’re here to serve up bold flavors and next-level service.
We’re currently looking for enthusiastic, team-oriented Bubblistas who are passionate about delivering amazing bubble tea drinks — and ready to grow into Shift Leaders who help guide the team through fast-paced, high-energy shifts.
What You'll Do as a Bubblista BA:

Craft Exceptional Beverages: Follow our signature recipes to prepare bubble tea drinks with speed, accuracy, and flair.

Bring the Energy: Engage every guest with a friendly, professional attitude that reflects the Balance brand.

Know Your Menu: Be able to clearly explain tea flavors, toppings, and ingredients — including dietary notes or allergen concerns.

Keep Things Clean & Organized: Maintain pristine workstations, coolers, walls, floors, and equipment to meet all health and safety standards.

Stock Smart: Follow FIFO practices and restocking procedures to ensure freshness and prevent waste.

Uphold Brand Standards: Ensure that every drink, interaction, and shift aligns with our mission of quality, consistency, and great vibes.
Shift Leader Responsibilities:
As a Shift Leader, you'll take on a more active leadership role in the shop by:

Running the Floor: Lead by example and help direct staff during busy shifts, breaks, and rushes.

Supporting Training: Mentor newer team members and reinforce Balance standards through hands-on training and coaching.

Managing Flow: Ensure efficient ticket times and customer satisfaction throughout your shift.

Problem Solving: Address small issues before they become big problems — whether with team workflow or customer needs.

Accountability: Monitor cleanliness, order accuracy, and team performance with a proactive mindset.
