What You’ll Do as a Bubblista BA
You’ll be the heartbeat of our bubble tea bar — shaking, stirring, and serving up great drinks and even greater vibes.
Your daily groove:
● 🧋 Craft Amazing Drinks: Follow our signature recipes to make top-tier bubble tea — fast, fresh, and flawless.
● 😊 Deliver Great Vibes: Greet every guest with positivity and professionalism that reflects the Balance brand.
● 📚 Know Your Stuff: Master our teas, toppings, and ingredients — including dietary and allergen info.
● ✨ Keep It Clean: Maintain spotless stations, equipment, and workspaces that meet all safety standards.
● 📦 Stock Smart: Follow FIFO and restocking best practices to keep everything fresh and ready to go.

● 🌿 Maintain Standards: Ensure the shop stays clean, stocked, and running at peak performance.
