We are looking for an experienced Busser to join our team. Support our Servers and set up our dining areas thoroughly. If you enjoy a fast-paced way of working and want to kickstart your career in an enjoyable environment, we’d love to meet you!
Responsibilities:
· Prepare the dining room before service by ensuring all tables are properly set with white tablecloths and meet restaurant standards.
· Promptly provide water and bread to guests upon seating in your assigned area.
· Clear and reset tables efficiently between seatings, wrapping leftovers for guests as needed.
· Assist with large party setups by arranging or breaking down tables according to reservation specifications.
· Support Servers throughout the shift to ensure guests enjoy a smooth and pleasant dining experience.
· Act as a Brand Ambassador by engaging guests with information about Carmine’s and Virgil’s locations, and encouraging return visits for special events and catering.
· Restock glassware, silverware, and dishware to maintain service readiness.
· Maintain cleanliness of the dining room and bar areas, including trash removal and sanitation tasks.
· Complete all assigned side work and closing duties at the end of each shift.
· Other duties as assigned by Manager.
Requirements:
· Ideally, with Busser experience in a high-volume restaurant environment.
· Who are professional, personable, organized with a sense of humor and a strong passion for hospitality.
· With open flexibility to work various shifts.
· Able to follow directions and have a sense of urgency to get the work done.
· Able to Maintain health and safety regulations in all kitchen and dining areas.
