Job Description

Kitchen + Kocktails offers a modern spin on Southern Comfort Food, with a great selection of beer, wine, and some of the best Kraft Kocktails around.

We are now hiring Bussers to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

Maintain restaurant sanitation standards (including cleaning restrooms as needed)
Clean tables in a timely manner
Deliver guest meals proficiently and professionally
Greet and make all guests feel welcome at the restaurant
Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely fashion
Perform other restaurant duties as assigned
Remove used plates, glasses, cutlery, and napkins from tables after diners are finished
Wipe up water spills, food stains, and dirt from tables
Straighten tablecloths or replace stained ones
Replace cutlery and glassware in anticipation of new diners
Refill paper napkins, salt and pepper shakers, and other depleted condiments
Refill drinking glasses with water
Bring out meal orders if waitstaff are busy
Handle cleaning of the dining area at the close of day

Qualifications

Previous experience in customer service, food service, or related fields
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Experience carrying a tray
Ability to stand and walk for duration of shift
Ability to lift 50+ pounds throughout shift
