Join our team at Perry’s Beach Club, one of Santa Monica’s most iconic beachside destinations. We are looking for energetic, outgoing, and hospitality-driven individuals to join our team as Cabana Attendants.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working outdoors, delivering excellent service, and creating memorable beach experiences for guests.
Position Overview
As a Cabana Attendant, you will provide attentive service to guests relaxing in our beach cabanas. You’ll help ensure guests have everything they need for a perfect day at the beach—from food and beverages to towel and chair service.
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, professional service to cabana guests
- Take and deliver food and beverage orders
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of cabana areas
- Set up and reset cabanas, chairs, umbrellas, and towels
- Anticipate guest needs and provide proactive service
- Communicate with the café and beach operations team to ensure smooth service
- Create a welcoming and upbeat beach atmosphere
Qualifications
- Positive attitude and strong customer service skills
- Comfortable working outdoors in a fast-paced beach environment
- Ability to carry trays and move equipment when needed
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Previous hospitality or serving experience preferred but not required
- Must be reliable and punctual
