Team Members Responsibilities
- Pleasant and upbeat attitude, greeting every Guest with a smile and providing great Guest Service
- Cooks and prepares food accurately as listed on prep list as per Willy's specs and procedures
- Follows Willy’s food safety policies and procedures.
- Sets up prep area and compartment sinks for dish washing.
- Re-stocks items on the service line as needed.
- Washes dishes.
- Maintains a clean work environment.
- Grooming - all employees must maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance per Willy's Mexicana Grill's standards.
Requirements
- Must reach, bend, lift, carry, stoop, and wipe counters and equipment.
- Must be able to carry boxes and containers weighing up to 50 pounds 20 times per shift.
- Reading and writing skills are required.
- Operate a cash register and make change.
- Walks and stand during the entire shift.
- Frequent washing of hands.
- Hazards may include, but are not limited to; cuts, burns and falls. Works with cleaning chemicals.
- Maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance per Willy's Mexicana Grills standards.
