What You’ll Do:
As a Condado Commissary Dishwashing Operator, you are the heroes of the commissary! You will provide crucial support for our Commissary Team. You will wash containers, cooking equipment, and items used to prepare our products for our restaurants. You will work in an assembly line-like atmosphere and ensure that all cleaning is completed. By doing so, you will ensure successful production of products that reach our restaurants!
*This position will be specifically for a morning opportunity (Starting at 8am)*

Responsibilities:
- Wash and clean containers, cooking equipment, and items used to prepare our products for our restaurants.
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment for yourself and others.
- Quickly and safely move washed and unwashed dishes to their designated areas
- Drying equipment when finished washing
- Working well with others and maintaining a fast and fun work environment
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age or older to apply
- Strong oral and written communication skills (bilingual a plus!)
- Ability to work in an ever-changing environment
- Ability to understand and follow directions
- Have dependable transportation
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs regularly
Physical Requirements:
- While performing the duties of this position, the team member is required to stand or walk up to 4-8 hours.
- Team members will continuously be performing hand and wrist work including grasping, and bending and twisting.
- Team members will occasionally push and pull and reach above the shoulder.
- Team members will occasionally kneel or squat depending on the station.
- This position will seldom require fine hand manipulation or climb/stairs.
- Team members will continuously lift or carry 0-25 pounds, and rarely lift or carry over 25 pounds.
