Qualifications:
- 6+ months of dishwashing experience
- Valid Food Handler’s Certificate (preferred)
- Ability to be a team player, always putting the mission first
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Self-starter, motivator, mission-driven
Responsibilities:
- Cleaning and maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchens: kitchen equipment, dishwashing area drains
- Washing, properly storing all sheet pans, pots, utensils, and other culinary equipment without damage to the equipment being cleaned
- Keeping kitchen areas neatly organized, well-stocked, and free from pathway obstructions
- Frequent trash removal (including kitchen bathrooms)
- Assists with resort recycling efforts by ensuring all items are properly sorted in a neat and orderly manner
- Sweeping, mopping, and drying of kitchen floors and kitchen bathroom floors
- mopping in the kitchen should be done during the slowest hours of kitchen production (in the afternoons after 3:00pm)
