Responsibilities

Assist in maintaining clean and sanitized dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
Operate the dishwasher and ensure proper cleaning and maintenance
Keep the dishwashing area and kitchen clean and organized at all times
Assist with food prep and other kitchen tasks as needed
Adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines
Provide assistance to the kitchen team as directed by the supervisor

Requirements

Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-volume kitchen environment
Ability to wash and carry trash up to 25 pounds
Experience in washing dishes and light cleaning duty is a plus!
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
