Responsibilities

Washing dishes from all bus pans, pots and pans, utensils
Light prep work - cutting and portioning ingredients
Taking garbage and recyclables to dumpster area
Washing work areas, refrigerators, cooking equipment, walls and floors
Sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning floor mats
Assembling, maintaining and breaking down the dish machine
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds several times a day
Ability to place cases, pans, utensils and plates on both low and high shelves
Good communications skills
Able and willing to take direction from all restaurant team members
