About the Role
As a Dragon Elite (Customer Service Shift Lead), you’re the heartbeat of the Balance experience. You set the tone for each guest’s visit — welcoming them with energy, enthusiasm, and genuine hospitality. You’ll lead by example, helping the team deliver exceptional service and keep our operations running smoothly.
What You’ll Do
● Deliver Amazing Guest Experiences: Greet every guest with warmth and professionalism — you’re the face of Balance.
● Be a Menu Pro: Know our menu inside and out — from ingredients and allergens to flavor pairings — and help guests find their perfect order.
● Keep Orders Spot-On: Double-check accuracy, quality, and presentation before every meal leaves the counter.
● Drive Sales with Passion: Recommend your favorites and help guests explore new items or upgrades.
● Keep It Clean & Safe: Maintain a spotless, organized workspace that meets health and safety standards.
● Support Smooth Operations: Restock, rotate inventory (FIFO), and help with food storage to keep everything running efficiently.
