Job Summary:
We’re seeking a skilled and motivated Grill Cook to join our kitchen team and help deliver exceptional dishes that represent the quality and creativity of our restaurant. Experience with live fire or wood-fired grilling is a strong plus.
This role requires someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. Our ideal candidate is experienced on the line, follows instructions well, and brings both precision and pride to their work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and maintain workstations and kitchen equipment
- Prepare ingredients using proper culinary techniques
- Cook food accurately and consistently according to recipes
- Grill proteins and vegetables with precision and care
- Plate and present food attractively
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen at all times
- Monitor inventory and assist with stock rotation and storage
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience as a line cook in a full-service restaurant
- Skilled in grilling and various cooking techniques; live fire experience is a major plus
- Strong understanding of kitchen equipment and safety procedures
- Ability to follow recipes and plating standards
- Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills
- Culinary school training is a plus but not required
- Must speak English and be authorized to work in the U.S.
