Responsibilities Include:
- Act as liaison between kitchen and front-of-house
- Ensure accuracy and quality of each plate before it leaves the kitchen
- Organize and time delivery of food for entire tables
- Communicate any special requests or modifications to kitchen staff
- Maintain cleanliness and flow of expo line
