As an F&B Runner, you’re the crucial link between our kitchen and dining areas. You’ll ensure that every dish makes it from the kitchen to the guest quickly, correctly, and beautifully plated. Teamwork and hustle are the name of the game!
- Delivering food from the kitchen to tables fast and flawlessly.
- Making sure every plate looks perfect before it reaches the guest.
- Working closely with servers to keep the dining flow smooth.
- Communicating with the kitchen to ensure orders are accurate and complete.
- Assisting in clearing tables and keeping the dining area clean and organized.
- Jumping in to help with light food prep or kitchen tasks when needed.
- Following all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
What You Bring:
- A fast-paced, can-do attitude—you love being on the move.
- Previous experience as a food runner or in a similar role is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to track multiple orders at once.
- Great communication skills to keep the team in sync.
- Ability to lift and carry trays of food and dishes.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays—because that’s when the best meals happen!
