To ensure our facility is always clean, safe, and welcoming, we are looking for a diligent and reliable Facilities Cleaning Technician to join our team. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of our building, ensuring our guests have a positive and memorable experience.

Position Summary:
As a Facilities Cleaning Technician, you will be responsible for performing general cleaning and maintenance tasks throughout the building. This includes everything from keeping common areas spotless to managing cleaning supplies and assisting with basic maintenance tasks. Your role is critical in upholding the high standards of cleanliness and safety our guests and staff expect.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary environment throughout the entire building, including dining areas, restrooms, pickleball courts, locker rooms, and common areas
  • Perform general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and trash removal
  • Ensure all areas are properly stocked with necessary cleaning supplies, paper products, and toiletries
  • Assist with light maintenance tasks, including light bulb replacement, minor repairs, and troubleshooting basic equipment issues
  • Follow safety and cleaning protocols to ensure the health and safety of staff and guests
  • Respond promptly to any cleanliness-related requests from management or guests
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of cleaning equipment and storage areas
  • Perform regular inspections of the facility to identify areas needing attention and improvement
  • Assist with any special projects or event setups that require cleaning or facility prep
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in cleaning, facilities maintenance, or a similar role preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness standards
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent time-management skills and the ability to complete tasks efficiently
  • Physically capable of performing cleaning and maintenance tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs, standing, and walking for extended periods
  • Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety protocols
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed
