Responsible for coordinating each event. Creating staffing schedules, notifying and reminding staff of their upcoming events. Tracking, organizing and assigning equipment to staff members both check-in and check-out procedures. Delivery of event photos and information to the correct department. Also responsible for out of town lodging arrangements for staff members.
