We are looking for Front of House Team Members to join us here at Forza Storico. You’ll be the face of our restaurant and responsible for our customers’ experiences. You need to be quick on your feet (literally and metaphorically) and have a polite and friendly attitude. If you enjoy talking to people and thrive in a fast-paced workplace, we’d like to meet you. Your ultimate goal will be to provide high-quality service that will help us maintain and attract customers.
We are primarily looking for hosts
You will be responsible for greeting every guest as they enter and saying goodbye to each guest as they leave, all with a warm and welcoming demeanor. You will be answering phone calls, making reservations, and assigning OpenTable reservations to the most optimum tables in the restaurant. You will let servers know of any large parties in their section, special occasions, cakes brought by guests, or items paid for in advance. When all reservations have been seated, you will clean your host stand and menus before leaving.

- Proven restaurant serving or serving experience
- Hands-on experience in cashier duties
