We are looking for a Front of House Manager to join us here at Forza Storico. You’ll be the face of our restaurant and responsible for our customers’ experiences. You need to be quick on your feet (literally and metaphorically) and have a polite and friendly attitude. If you enjoy talking to people and thrive in a fast-paced workplace, we’d like to meet you. Your ultimate goal will be to provide high-quality service that will help us maintain and attract customers.
Requirements
- Full-Time Individuals ONLY, weekends required
- Have knowledge of the food and beverage industry, with one year of managing FOH operations
- Ability to motivate staff to reach goals and deliver excellent customer service
- Ability to train, develop, and coach a group of talented people
- Basic technical aptitude and computer literacy to include the ability to operate point-of-sale software (Toast) and scheduling software
- Commitment to fostering an environment of superior guest service and quality; ability to successfully resolve guest service issues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced bar and restaurant that thrives on hard work and teamwork
- Office work is handled by bookkeepers and accountants, therefore management is required to be “hands-on” FOH
- Punctuality and reliable transportation is a MUST
