Join us at our new restaurant Yeppa & Co. We are a family-owned, fast-paced Italian restaurant. We are known for our homemade pasta, great sauces, fresh fish, and craft cocktails. We will be open 7 days a week for both lunch and dinner. We are holding interviews this week and would love to meet you!
Requirements
- Full-Time Individuals ONLY, weekends required
- Have knowledge of the food and beverage industry, with one year of managing FOH operations
- Ability to motivate staff to reach goals and deliver excellent customer service
- Ability to train, develop, and coach a group of talented people
- Basic technical aptitude and computer literacy to include the ability to operate point-of-sale software (Toast) and scheduling software
- Commitment to fostering an environment of superior guest service and quality; ability to successfully resolve guest service issues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced bar and restaurant that thrives on hard work and teamwork
- Office work is handled by bookkeepers and accountants, therefore management is required to be “hands-on” FOH
- Punctuality and reliable transportation is a MUST
