Responsibilities:
- Set up the line for service
- Take orders and facilitate customer purchases
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining room area
- Break down and clean the line
- Ensure high-quality customer service at all times
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills in English
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to lift objects up to 50lb during the entirety of their scheduled shift
- Open availability (including night and weekends)
- Minimum age requirement is 18 years old
Shift Duties:
- Complete opening and closing duties
- Provide accurate, friendly, and efficient customer service
- Perform all POS functions, including cash handling, with confidence and accuracy
- Answer customer questions
- Communicate openly with team members and Line Leaders
