Like a Grilled Chicken Wrap, the SONIC Front of House Team Member (Carhop) position is a savory plethora of food service responsibilities rolled into one. SONIC Drive-In is a food service mecca, and our Team Member is at the center.

Please note this is a full-time position. 

Front of House Team Member (Carhop) Responsibilities include: 
  • Interacting with customers during transactions. 
  • Completing assigned cleaning duties throughout the shift. 
  • Balancing tills (cash) at end of each shift. 
  • Working with a "sense of urgency" to complete customer orders in a timely fashion. 
  • Interact with guest in a friendly and enthusiastic manner. 
  • Handle guest complaints and find a resolution.
  • Roller blading/roller skating is encouraged but not required
Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to stand for at least 8 hours
  • Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds
