Our Company
Crust is a baking company that has been established in Fenton, Michigan since 2012. Our retail staff members play an extremely important role in the service of our customers and we are seeking customer service-oriented individuals to join our team!
Job Responsibilities:
- Greet customers entering the bakery
- Assisting customers in the selection of bread, pastries and other Crust products
- Package baked goods and other items purchased by customers
- Answering any product or process-related questions customers may have
- Ordering and fulfilling special orders for cakes and other confections
- Accurately ring up items in the POS system
Requirements:
- No experience required but previous experience in a related industry or in a fast paced customer service environment (such as barista, customer service or bakery) is helpful throughout the training process
- Cash handling or POS system experience is preferred
- Must be able to multitask and prioritize; especially while busy
- Must have reliable transportation
