Bartender - The Kitchen at Summit Chase is hiring bartenders for a new concept, from scratch, farm to table, casual upscale restaurant. We are currently seeking full and part-time bartenders. Bartenders must know how to prepare classic and craft cocktails, as well as have significant wine and beer knowledge. Bartenders will be responsible for attending to guests, preparing drinks for the service bar, as well as stocking and cleaning the bar and bar area.

Servers - The Kitchen at Summit Chase is hiring servers and food runners for a new concept, from scratch, farm to table, casual upscale restaurant, responsible for taking orders from restaurant patrons and delivering their food and drinks to them. Their duties include explaining the menu to their customers, communicating with kitchen staff, and performing side work. Servers are responsible for knowing and understanding beer, liquor, cocktail, wine, and food menus. They must be able to intelligently discuss and describe items on the menu to guests.
