The Fulfillment Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the fulfillment center, ensuring the accurate and timely processing of orders, managing inventory, and leading a team to meet performance goals. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills to ensure operational efficiency and maintain high standards of quality and food safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead a team of fulfillment associates, providing direction, training, and support to ensure daily targets are met.
Oversee the order fulfillment process, including picking, packing, and sealing, to ensure timely and accurate order processing.
Pick meals according to customer order fulfillment sheets, ensuring all items are accurate and correctly prepared.
Palletize completed orders to prepare them for shipping, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
Provide regular performance feedback to team members, conduct performance reviews, and support career development and growth.
Work closely with market leadership to achieve key performance results, such as order accuracy and shipping timelines.
Ensure our fulfillment rooms are clean and organized, maintaining a safe and efficient working environment for the team.
