The Fulfillment Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the fulfillment center, ensuring the accurate and timely processing of orders, managing inventory, and leading a team to meet performance goals. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills to ensure operational efficiency and maintain high standards of quality and food safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of fulfillment associates, providing direction, training, and support to ensure daily targets are met.
- Oversee the order fulfillment process, including picking, packing, and sealing, to ensure timely and accurate order processing.
- Pick meals according to customer order fulfillment sheets, ensuring all items are accurate and correctly prepared.
- Palletize completed orders to prepare them for shipping, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
- Provide regular performance feedback to team members, conduct performance reviews, and support career development and growth.
- Work closely with market leadership to achieve key performance results, such as order accuracy and shipping timelines.
- Ensure our fulfillment rooms are clean and organized, maintaining a safe and efficient working environment for the team.
