We’re seeking a well-trained Garde Manger (Cold Line Cook) to join our growing team in our new production facility. The core responsibilities include preparing cold line dishes, salads, desserts and packaging sides. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, reliable and talented in the kitchen.

Responsibilities:
- Prep workstation and ensure a high standard of cleanliness in the kitchen
- Work closely with our Senior Garde Manger to ensure completion of every recipe
- Follow cold line recipes with consistently high attention to detail
- Attention to product quality from start to finish
- Package final product
- Follow health and safety guidelines
- Temp food and log properly
- Assist with cleaning the kitchen at the end of each shift
What We Are Seeking:
- 2+ years commercial kitchen experience, prior catering experience is a plus
- Experience with scaled food production preferred; able to maintain rigorous high quality and safety standards
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to listen and communicate effectively
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively in a fast paced environment
- Very strong work ethic and enthusiastic attitude (got to love what you do!)
- Organizational Skills
- Must have reliable transportation!!
- Tech savvy is a major plus! We like to integrate tech into all aspects of the business
