We are seeking an General Manager to join the Exotic Hibachi team! Chef responsibilities include studying recipes, setting up menus and preparing high-quality dishes. You should be able to delegate tasks to kitchen staff to ensure meals are prepared in a timely manner. You should be familiar with sanitation regulations. If you have experience with advanced cooking techniques and non-traditional ingredients, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you’ll prepare and deliver a complete menu that delights our guests.
You will thrive in a fast-paced and entertaining environment. We want to hire the perfect GM who’s ready to dedicate time to expanding our clientele base to establish the restaurant's brand and reputation.

Salary: $150.00 - $175.00 per day / $46800-54600 per year

Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day culinary operations
- Order inventory, track inventory.
- Prepare profit and loss statements.
- Lead Sous Chef
- Manage Food Truck operations.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen area.
- Cook food in a timely manner.
- Cook food with same consistency every time
- Coordinate food and kitchenware orders
- Check freshness and quality of ingredients
- Assist in the development of menu items
- Standardize recipes and plate presentations
- Work with management to create a memorable experience for guests
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in culinary arts or related
- 1+ years in a supervisory role
- Passion for food and cooking techniques
- Strong leadership qualities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Capable of working on a Food Truck
- Familiarity with sanitation regulations
- Flexible availability
