What we're looking for:
- 3-5 years’ relevant restaurant experience
- Intuitive understanding of full service, casual upscale restaurant service
- Strong financial acumen to understand financial implications, understanding P&L, understanding COGs, labor, and operations excellence
- Ability to demonstrate accurate cash handling and reconciliations
- Extensive food and beverage knowledge.
- Sufficiently technically savvy to become proficient with key systems and IT infrastructure (reservation platforms, inventory management systems, point of sale systems)
- State required food safety certifications
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and plan ahead.
- Strong people management experience and abilities
- Motivated by a strong internal drive to achieve success, dedicated to delivering high-quality work.
