Compensation: $45,000-55,000 /year + $10K annual bonus potential

Job Description:
- Ensuring the restaurant is staffed appropriately for the expected volume
- Ensuring all employees and managers are receiving the training, coaching and development needed to be successful
- Completing employee performance reviews and appropriately managing employee relations issues
- Creating an engaging and respectful environment in the restaurant
- Completing product inventory counts and placing orders
- Ensuring all Food Safety and Quality procedures/requirements are met
- Ensuring products are available, in-stock and on-display to appeal to the customers
- Developing and implementing strategies to grow sales and guest counts
- Monitoring all restaurant costs and taking appropriate actions to balance costs/operations
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a restaurant manager. A plus if candidate has GM experience in quick service restaurants
- Willingness and ability to develop and motivate people
- Effective communication skills
- Willingness and ability to lead, solve problems and make decisions effectively
- Ability to adapt to and lead change
- Ability to plan and execute both strategically and consistently day-to-day
- Time management and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Active ServSafe Certification
- Complete understanding of restaurant standards and procedures
