Compensation: $45,000-55,000 /year + $10K annual bonus potential

Job Description:
  • Ensuring the restaurant is staffed appropriately for the expected volume
  • Ensuring all employees and managers are receiving the training, coaching and development needed to be successful
  • Completing employee performance reviews and appropriately managing employee relations issues
  • Creating an engaging and respectful environment in the restaurant
  • Completing product inventory counts and placing orders
  • Ensuring all Food Safety and Quality procedures/requirements are met
  • Ensuring products are available, in-stock and on-display to appeal to the customers
  • Developing and implementing strategies to grow sales and guest counts
  • Monitoring all restaurant costs and taking appropriate actions to balance costs/operations
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a restaurant manager. A plus if candidate has GM experience in quick service restaurants
  • Willingness and ability to develop and motivate people
  • Effective communication skills
  • Willingness and ability to lead, solve problems and make decisions effectively
  • Ability to adapt to and lead change
  • Ability to plan and execute both strategically and consistently day-to-day
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Active ServSafe Certification
  • Complete understanding of restaurant standards and procedures
  • High standards for customer service and product quality
