Responsibilities for Host/Hostess:

Answer the phone and manage the waitlist
Greet guests as they enter the restaurant and provide a warm, welcoming first impression
Seat guests according to the established floor plan to support smooth service flow
Keep the host stand, front entrance, and waiting area clean and organized
Ensure menus and guest materials remain stocked and presentable
Assist with packing take-out orders as needed
Refill paper products in restrooms as needed
Assist servers and bussers with cleaning and resetting tables during peak periods

Qualifications for Host/Hostess:

Keen attention to detail, especially when managing guest flow and reservations
Excellent customer service skills
Friendly and outgoing personality
Ability to follow appropriate food safety guidelines
Able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
Able to stand for long periods of time
