Position Overview:
The Host is responsible for the initial guest interaction, welcoming visitors to the restaurant, and setting a positive tone for their dining experience. This role embodies the hospitality, charm, and professionalism of our organization. Duties include greeting and seating guests, answering phones, directing guests, and maintaining a smooth dining room service flow. The ideal candidate is pleasant, conscientious, and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. They must work effectively in a team, communicate clearly, and ensure high-quality service.

- Welcome all guests with responsive, professional, and gracious service.
- Address menu inquiries and guest questions.
- Seat guests with hospitality and courtesy.
- Answer phones and handle reservations.
- Maintain cleanliness at the restaurant entrance and workstation.
- Act with integrity, honesty, and knowledge, reflecting TableOne Hospitality's culture and values.
- Operate within the restaurant daily with efficiency, respect, professionalism, teamwork, and initiative.
- Understand and adhere to all programs, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, and training programs.
- Represent the restaurant professionally through effective communication and cooperation with all business partners.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of upscale restaurant and bar experience.
- Prior experience as a host.
- Cleanliness, organization, and strong teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of food and beverage, fine dining, and service procedures.
- Food and wine knowledge is a plus.
- Professional phone demeanor.
- Impeccable grooming, hygiene, posture, and adherence to dress code.
