Responsibilities
- Prioritize Main Squeeze processes in food prep and cleanliness
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace for equipment and produce
- Self-manage time to meet the juicing schedule
- Travel to the Lakeview location as needed (gas reimbursement available)
- Conduct daily inventory counts and report to the General Manager
- Follow all health and safety procedures for fresh and cold-pressed juice production

We are looking for someone who will hold this standard high, as our Juicer prepares our amazing cold-pressed juices using fresh ingredients without ever compromising quality. The Juicer is the backbone of our store — they put the Squeeze in Main Squeeze!
As an MSJC Juicer, you will learn the full juicing process and maintain consistency in cleanliness and scheduling. You’ll receive one-on-one training on our juice machine, recipes, and production process. After training, you will help self-manage your hours, productivity, and store inventory based on store needs. There is opportunity for pay advancement as you grow with the company.
Requirements
- Complete online training courses and understand company policies
- Learn to operate and maintain juice equipment
- Maintain a clean and sanitized workstation
- Obtain and maintain Food Handler certification
- Work independently and efficiently
- Lift 20–30 lbs, push/pull, and stand for long periods
- Operate machinery safely and use basic knife skills
- Reliable transportation
