Responsibilities
- Manage Kitchen Staff, including hiring, training, scheduling. Coordinate food ordering, oversee inventory.
- Service-Oriented in your approach to working calmly and effectively in a high-volume environment. This is a hands-on position that requires constant interaction between the Head Chef, Kitchen Manager & Line Cooks.
- Dedicated to ensuring BOH Team adherence to recipes, safety procedures, and sanitation standards in the kitchen.
- Devoted to working closely with the Owner/General Manager and BOH Team in implementing and adhering to procedures that will cultivate an atmosphere of teamwork and excellence in the kitchen.
- Committed to driving continuous improvement by coaching, leading, and developing the restaurant team.
- Ensure proper food storage, quality, and presentation standards, including temperature controls.
