Aid Head Chef in managing all food stations for menu execution.Major Responsibilities:Set up and stock all food stations with necessary suppliesPrep all needed food items for serviceWith the help of kitchen staff, proper execution of menu itemsEnsure that all food is made in a timely fashion and always in high qualityCertify that all nutrition and sanitation regulations are keptEssential Physical RequirementsBe able to handle hot and cold work conditions during food preparationContinuous reaching, bending, lifting, carryingBe able to stand and be on foot for the majority of the scheduled shiftKnowledge and Skills:Clear understanding of menu itemsUnderstand and responsible for prepping ingredientsStrong grasp on various cooking methods, food items, equipment, etc.Be able to multitask in a high volume kitchenQualifications:2 years industry experience neededculinary school is a plus
